Our cylinder shop and technicians can rebuild all types of hydraulic cylinders on the market from big to small. All hydraulic cylinders are torn down and inspected by experienced and trained technicians. After the tear down is completed, technicians will measure all components with micrometers and calipers to ensure that cylinder hard parts are still in proper tolerance. Most any needed part for repair is made here in house at our machine and fabrication shop offering high-quality, custom-made components. Once our technicians have assembled the cylinder, we always pressure test them to ensure that the customer will have no issues once the cylinder is put back to work. We understand that downtime is very costly to our customers which is why we pride ourselves with high quality repairs and fast turnaround times.
